The 2002 GEIA Initiatives aimed to extend the usefulness of the GEIA web site by providing up-to-date information on the status of knowledge about emissions of species into the atmosphere. Short reviews are available for many of the following chemicals and source types. In some cases references to more detailed reviews are provided.

GEIA is planning to initiate new comprehensive reviews of emissions and global exchange processes in 2006.
