In the spirit of this year's "Biogenic Hydrocarbons and the Atmosphere" Gordon Conference (September 1-6, 2002 at Queen's College, Oxford, UK), a workshop sponsored by the IGAC-GEIA Natural VOC Working Group was set up for the research community to compile and evaluate enclosure and above-canopy measurement techniques and to provide emission factor recommendations for the modeling community.
